I received a gift card, how do I use it?

We are so grateful for you joining us!

To use your gift card, you should have received an email that contains a code with a series of numbers and letters.

1. Open the email and copy the code at the bottom of the page under "Claim code."

2. Open the Prefare app/portal on the left side and click payment methods

3. At the bottom of that page, you should see a section for gift cards, click redeem a gift card

4. Enter the code from the email

And that is it!! You should be able to see your balance in the gift card section.
